MAJOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO.SU-00-1 OF JJ ERNEST E. & IRENE F. PESTANA(C/O LIVERMORE ACRES AND BAUMBACH & PIAZZA). A Major Subdivision application to create a 306 residential lot subdivision with a vesting tentative map, (Lockeford Oaks). Located on the northeast corner of Bandt Road and Jack Tone Road,Lockeford(APN: 019-060-29; Address: 13751 E. Brandt Road, Lodi). Jennifer Jolley,Associate Planner; John Tague, Livermore Acres; Terry Piazza and Josh Elson, Baumbach&Piazza; Mike Hakeem, attorney; Ernest Pestana,owner;Tom Dumas and Mike Higgins of Caltrans, were present for this item. Ms.Jolley introduced the project. Ms. Jolley reviewed the Development Committee memo. Mr.Terry Piazza asked if the Community Development Department is planning on making all the items on the Air Pollution Control District a requirement. Mr. Martin indicated that the Community Development Department has not determined if that will be their recommendation.Mr.Martin indicated that when the revised Tentative Map is submitted, and referred out,then the Department will schedule another Development Committee meeting to review the recommended conditions for approval. Mr. Piazza indicated that Environmental Health Division conditions were standard, and Mr.Norgard agreed. Mr. Higgins reviewed the Department of Transportation (Caltrans)conditions.
