Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner, and Nick Sikeotis,Jessie's Grove Winery, were present for this item. Ms. Jolley introduced the project and reviewed the Community Development Department memo. Mr. Martin asked Mr. Sikeotis to submit a Site Plan showing details of surrounding land use to the Community Development Department for review. The project is scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on February 7,2002. Ms.Jolley asked Mr. Sikeotis if their were any problems with the parking requirements. Mr. Sikeotis indicated no. Ms.Jolley asked Mr. Sikeotis to show the dimensions of the parking lots on the Improvement Plan. Mr. Karam reviewed the Public Works Department requirements. Mr.Norgard reviewed Environmental Health Division's requirements. Mr.Norgard informed Mr. Sikeotis that the project may require a new septic system. Mr.Norgard also informed Mr. Sikeotis that he will need to submit his food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to issuance of building permits. 1:30 p.m. 6. VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. VR-01-4 OF MEL ROUSH(C/O LM JOSE L.ALVA/DILLON& MURPHY). A Variance application to remove an existing cabana and replace it with a new cabana of approximately the same size on the same property in the flood way.
