Runoff from the facility will contain pollutants derived from parking areas, air borne particulate
,ftw matter that falls on roofs, and other pollutants on the premises. Table 3.5 presents the estimated
mean runoff concentration for industrial sites typical of the plant property(USEPA, 1993).
'► Table 3.5. One septic system is
maintained at the facility. The system was built in April 1998. It is located to the west of the
%W office in the orchard and garden area and consists of one concrete septic tank with 1,600-gallon
'%- capacity. The Winery
employs two full time staff. Extra staff is hired for during the crush. These staff will also use
%W the bathrooms in the office. Special events are held at the Winery once a month from April until
`. October, 250 people (maximum) are expected at these events.
