A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. (San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Title 9-10100-05) <br /> C. Destroy the abandoned well (s) on Parcel 2 under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 , Section 5-4207) <br /> d. The irrigation well on Parcel 2 must be repaired under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 , Section 5- <br /> 4100) as follows: Correct the cross connection by <br /> providing an air gap or an approved check valve. <br />
