Three of the 3 <br /> wells were tested for nitrate as NO3; it was detected in all three at concentrations of <br /> 12.5 to 34.0 mg/L. The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for <br /> nitrate as NO3 is 45 mg/L; the MCL for DBCP is 0.2 ug/L. <br /> 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding 13.1 <br /> agricultural use of the site. As of the date of this report, chemical use records from that <br /> office are not yet available. The records will be submitted as an addendum to this <br /> report as soon as they are received. <br /> 7.4 Department of Oil, Gas and Geothermal Resources Maas <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) Online <br /> Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on February 23, 2013 for mapped oil or gas <br /> wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. One plugged and abandoned dry hole <br /> well was identified on the subject Site. The well, Trico Industries, Inc. "Woodbridge <br /> Unit" 32-1 (API 07700548), was drilled and abandoned in 1963 under Division of Oil and <br /> Gas oversight. No other wells were identified within the search radius. <br /> 7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> February 23, 2013 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter mile <br /> of the Site. Two natural gas transmission pipelines were identified along Turner Road <br /> on or adjacent to the southern property line of the Site. The pipelines are operated by <br /> Pacific Gas and Electric Company and are in service. Additional local pipelines which <br /> are not mapped by the NPMS may be present in the area as well. <br /> LOGE 1302 Page 5 <br />
