AMENDED <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-92-91 <br /> CHRIS RRESZLER, ETAL <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> This approval will expire two years from the date of approval <br /> unless, (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and <br /> (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor' s <br /> Division. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. The minimum lot size shall be five (5) acres. (Planning <br /> Title Section 9-4010. 1{a} ) Lot areas shall be shown on <br /> the Parcel Map. <br /> b. The minimum lot width shall be one hundred (100) feet. ` <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-4010. 1{b} ) Lot widths shall be <br /> shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. The following notes regarding future residential <br /> development on the parcels shall be placed on the Parcel <br /> Map: <br /> a. The placement of single-family residences on the j <br /> parcels shall not interfere with the future <br /> subdivision of the parcels. The location of <br /> single-family residences on the parcels shall be <br /> approved by the City of Lodi prior to the issuance <br /> of building permits. <br /> b. Single-family residences built on the parcels prior I <br /> to annexation to the City of Lodi shall connect to i <br /> public water, power, and sewer upon annexation. <br /> C. The property line between Parcels 1 and 2 shall not <br /> be the basis for a future street centerline. <br />
