PIIBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br />
