6. <br /> L 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of 40 acres located at 6454 W. Turner Road, <br /> Lodi, CA 95242. The subject parcel number is 025-110-13 and this project encompasses a portion <br /> of it. The project is in an agricultural community, and the existing parcel is zoned AG-40. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create one 10 acre parcel, and <br /> ( � one "Designated Remainder parcel." In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development <br /> f Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for <br /> approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical environment <br /> contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county records. (This <br /> SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN /, 3, <br /> page). (� <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: (� <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the current owner, Chester <br /> Murphy of Foothill Resource Partners, LLC. Chester Murphy has owned subject property since <br /> 2010. Foothill Resource Partners purchased the property in 2010. <br /> Presently, the property is an operating dairy and two homesites. The surrounding properties to <br /> the north, south, west, and east are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> r <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records (3 I, <br /> researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on June 18, 2013 <br /> (see Appendix for results). Also, an onsite survey performed in April, 2013 by Mike Toy and <br /> Brook Handel of Dillon & Murphy. The owner was interviewed in May, 2013, by Joe Murphy <br /> of Dillon & Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground <br /> storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see fj•L-�j S� <br /> Appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no <br /> findings.
