6. L 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of 40 acres located at 6454 W. Turner Road, Lodi, CA 95242. The subject parcel number is 025-110-13 and this project encompasses a portion of it. The project is in an agricultural community, and the existing parcel is zoned AG-40. 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create one 10 acre parcel, and ( � one "Designated Remainder parcel." In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development f Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical environment contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN /, 3, page). (� 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: (� 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the current owner, Chester Murphy of Foothill Resource Partners, LLC. Chester Murphy has owned subject property since 2010. Foothill Resource Partners purchased the property in 2010. Presently, the property is an operating dairy and two homesites. The surrounding properties to the north, south, west, and east are used for agricultural purposes. 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF r CONTAMINATION: 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records (3 I, researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on June 18, 2013 (see Appendix for results). Also, an onsite survey performed in April, 2013 by Mike Toy and Brook Handel of Dillon & Murphy. The owner was interviewed in May, 2013, by Joe Murphy of Dillon & Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see fj•L-�j S� Appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no findings.
