The applicant shall meet all other floodplain <br /> development standards to protect the well and associated equipment from flood <br /> damage: Additionally, the installation of a new well is the minimum necessary relief to <br /> provide,!�he users a reliable and adequate supply of healthful, potable water. <br /> 5.
