INTRODUCTION & PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT The site is located west of Sowles Road and east of Buck Road,on the north side of Underwood Road. The area is zoned AL-5. The site was planned for a nursery for plants. The partnership was dissolved and the current owner has decided to subdivide and probably sell both parcels. Only a vfew ground cover plants remain. Well water and electricity are at the site.No septic system exists. The surface runoff and some irrigation water from several parcels drain to an existing pond east / of the easterly P/L. The parcel is flat. The frames of the hot houses are in place. PAST,PRESENT/PROPOSED USES The present owner acquired the property in 1981. The former owner raised cattle and used the parcel for pasture. The topographic map for 1993 shows the existing pond to the east and one to the west. The Topographic maps show the 90' contour running thm a portion of the parcel. The land slopes westerly and drops approximately 5'vertically in 3,000'horizontally. No structures are shown on the topo map as existing on the subject parcel. 1.
