INTRODUCTION & PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The site is located west of Sowles Road and east of Buck Road,on the north side of Underwood <br /> Road. The area is zoned AL-5. The site was planned for a nursery for plants. The partnership was <br /> dissolved and the current owner has decided to subdivide and probably sell both parcels. Only a <br /> vfew ground cover plants remain. Well water and electricity are at the site.No septic system exists. <br /> The surface runoff and some irrigation water from several parcels drain to an existing pond east <br /> / of the easterly P/L. The parcel is flat. The frames of the hot houses are in place. <br /> PAST,PRESENT/PROPOSED USES <br /> The present owner acquired the property in 1981. The former owner raised cattle and used the <br /> parcel for pasture. <br /> EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> pl�The property employees used rented porta potties in the past.No septic system exists on the <br /> parcel. Thus there is no on-site septic history. The owner lives in a self contained travel trailer <br /> when in residence. <br /> .,-'Additionally septic repair permits were obtained as available on Underwood Road. The land slopes <br /> westerly and drops approximately 5'vertically in 3,000'horizontally. No structures are shown on <br /> the topo map as existing on the subject parcel. <br /> 1. <br />
