The pond on the adjacent parcel may contain water all year along with some farm runoff water <br /> from irrigation. Algae was present, as observed on June 7,2006. <br /> ✓Theirrigation well was tested by FarWest Labs for DBCP and Nitrates and the results were as <br /> folio <br /> Ni es- 12.3 mg/L <br /> No representative of Smith&Associates was present during the sampling process. There is no <br /> third parry involved and no chain of title exists. A copy of the sample log page is included with the <br /> test results page. <br /> SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION <br /> /No soil pit is dug, The soil profile is determined from examination of the soil removed from the <br /> hole and the degree of difficulty in drilling. Three holes were augured on each lot. A shallow hole <br /> (42")and a deep hole 25';then a third hole is augured to/into a probable percoble layer. From the <br /> 6 holes the soil description is as follows: <br /> Parcel 1 Parcel l <br /> 0-3'hard clay 0-3'clay, dense <br /> 3'-8'clay. Moist 3'-8' clay, moist <br /> 8'-15' Sand, wet 8'40 Sd, Cl. <br /> 15'-18' C1.Sd., set 10'-18'clay,wet <br /> 18'-25' clay,wet 18'-23' sand <br /> 23'-25' clay, dense <br /> k-'The general soil description is loam, sandy loam and clay with interspersed layer(s)of sand. <br /> The sand layer, by using pits, should support a SFR with normal residential use.x,,, <br /> PERCOLATION TEST INFORMATION <br /> ✓The Tentative Parcel Map shows the location of the test hole on each parcel. The shallow 42" <br /> holes failed. <br /> The pre-soak began at 1030, June 6, 2006. Shallow holes received 12" of water; deep holes <br /> received 6" of water. The holes are sleeved after gravel is placed in the bottom of each hole.(See <br /> Smith&Assoc., hole prep sheet). On June 7, 2006 at 1030 the holes were dry and the testing <br /> began after adding 6" of water in each hole. <br /> 2. <br />
