The testing conformed to SJC Policy EHD 02-02. The percolation test forms are included and the <br /> critical readings were witnessed by Lisa Medina, SR. R.E.H.S., EHD, SIC. <br /> Vl <br /> /The sand layer existing on each lot indicated a very satisfactory percolation rate. Each lot requires <br /> V 6,000 SF of leach field. Pits are required to reach the sand layer. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> The 5 acre lots provide adequate area for the proposed SFR development. The septic system shall <br /> be installed by permit from and inspection by the Environmental Health Department of SIC. The <br /> abuse of the septic system may result in premature failure. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> Soil conditions can change a few feet from the test hole. No warranty expressed or implied is <br /> associated with this report.
