/Summary of tests: Deep hole-passed and requires 6,000 SF leach field.
Shallow hole failed.(Hard pan)
No percolation tests were made on the Designated Remainder.
The field test form was completed and the critical readings were verified by Lisa Medina, SR.
R.E.H.S., SJC. Since all four holes verified the sand layer it is probable any location for the leach
field would be satisfactory. One hole could be drilled to verify the sand layer if a different location
is selected.
CONCLUSION
✓ Based on the field observations, the satisfactory percolation tests and the absence of any indicaton
of serious failure in the area, the soil should support a standard septic system for a SFR This
report is signed by the preparer, on the cover page.
