Yesterday we spoke across the counter at your office. After <br /> reviewing the Revised: Project Description and considering our conversation I have the <br /> following comments: <br /> i L, The Revised: Project Description notice does not adequately describe the project <br /> now under consideration. Nowhere in the Revised: Project Description is the <br /> manure detention pond now planned for Parcel A mentioned. This planned use <br /> for Parcel A only came out in our discussion at your office. <br /> 2. The Revised: Project Description does not correctly describe the Project Location. <br /> It now covers two additional parcels of land whose Assessor's Parcel Numbers <br /> are not included in your notice. Further the planned sewage detention pond as <br /> shown on your map is considerably less than 3,250 feet south of W. Undine Road. <br /> 3. The Revised: Project Description states a Negative Declaration for the <br /> Environmental Determination is being proposed for adoption. This statement is <br /> premature at best because you stated the Initial Study and proposed Negative <br /> Declaration are not complete and copies of these documents are not available <br /> from the Community Development Department. <br />
