Should be answered YES—This poultry farm project has the potential <br /> to degrade the quality of the environment with additional smell and flies/insects. The <br /> effect of this operation on Swanson Hawk and Burrowing Owl(Endangered Species) <br /> nesting and foraging habitats is unknown. The project generates additional year <br /> round traffic on poorly maintained rural roads. <br /> Question 16c. Should be answered YES —This project will have impacts that are <br /> cumulatively significant. These include smell, insects, traffic, light/glare, the need for <br /> a major restructuring of agricultural drainage facilities for 4-5 neighboring <br /> Iandowners and possible influence on endangered species. <br /> Y <br /> Question 16d. Should be answered YFS— The project has environmental impacts <br /> that cause substantial adverse effects on human beings. No one enjoys the smell and <br /> flies endemic in a poultry operation. These effect the neighbor's present enjoyment <br /> of their homes and ranches as well as reducing resale values should they chose to <br /> 3 <br />
