We have many concerns with the proposed project. We believe the Initial <br /> Study dated November 7, 2005 is inadequate, and a Negative Environmental Declaration <br /> should not be adopted. <br /> 1. We believe your consideration of this project should not be limited to the <br /> approximately 107 acres included in Assessor's Parcel Number 191-07-17. Your <br /> consideration must also include the 130 acres shown in Assessor's Parcel Number <br /> 191-07-16. These two parcels share ownership, access,riparian irrigation rights <br /> 4 and water drainage systems. Any decisions made will effect both parcels, they <br /> cannot be considered separately. <br /> 2. Inclusion of the full approximately 237 acres in Assessor's Parcel Numbers 191- <br />` 07-16 and 191-07-17 with a northerly boundary on Undine Road will cause you to <br /> include minimally the following additional interested property owners in your <br /> f legally required notifications: <br /> A. Gallo, Inc. —APN: 191-05-05 <br /> I B. Ivan Cerri—APN: 191-08-05 <br />' C. Gary&Lloyd Phelps—APN: 191-080-06 <br /> Public notification of these concerned property owners will more closely connect <br /> the spirit with the letter of the law, particularly as several of them share a common <br /> water drainage system with the subject parcel. To date these property owners <br /> have not received official notification of the proposed poultry farm and related <br /> improvements. <br /> 1 <br />
