SA-89-24 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> C . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the <br /> following: <br /> 1 . Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped. The space(s ) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.A. C. , <br /> Title 24) . <br /> 2 . Identification signs for the parking space (s ) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign , shall be provided <br /> at each entrance or be visible from each space <br /> (C.A. C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> 3 . The slope of the parking space(s ) shall not exceed <br /> 1 /4 inch per foot ( C. A. C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> 3 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of <br /> the Health District prior to occupancy . Should the <br /> number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at <br /> least 60 days per year , or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four , a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CAC , will be required by the Health District . <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District prior to <br /> occupancy. <br /> C. State on the Improvement Plan the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed <br /> for . Also note that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it can not be driven upon , parked upon or <br /> have material stored on top of it . <br /> 4 . SHARPE ARMY DEPOT <br /> a. Reflective roofs , visual distractions to pilots and <br /> interference with aircraft communications and <br /> navigation shall be prohibited . <br /> b. The maximum building height shall not exceed 100 feet , <br /> or as specified by F.A. R. Part 77 calculations . <br /> C. The property owner shall grant an Avigation and Hazard <br /> Easement to the U. S . Government and file an Airport <br /> Noise Disclosure form. <br />
