Dust control practices shall be implemented during <br /> construction. <br /> NOTE : A copy of the District 's letter in response to <br /> this application is included for your information. <br /> 7 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a . All maneuvering , parking , and driving area shall be <br /> surfaced with a minimum 2-1 /2 inches of asphaltic <br /> concrete paving over 6 inches of rock base . Parking <br /> and maneuvering areas shall be properly striped to <br /> effect orderly use and circulation and shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. All driveways , parking and <br /> maneuvering areas required for Phase I development <br /> shall be installed during Phase I construction. A note <br /> to that effect shall appear on the Improvement Plan. <br /> b. A trash enclosure location shall be designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles required for both <br /> phases of development and constructed on three sides <br /> with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side . The <br /> trash enclosure shall be installed during Phase I <br /> construction. A note to that effect shall appear on <br /> the Improvement Plan. <br /> C . No outdoor storage shall be permitted . <br /> d . All parking and security lighting shall be hooded and <br /> directed to prevent glare onto Vallejo Court and <br /> adjacent properties . Lighting standards , if proposed , <br /> shall be limited to 20 feet in height and shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan . <br /> e . One monument sign may be installed on Vallejo Court , in <br /> accordance with Section 9-3606 of the Planning Title . <br /> The location and details shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. One wall sign may be installed on <br /> each of the two approved buildings . <br />
