The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $780 per 1000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as commercial. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 9. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 10. The Mlicant/developer shall pay their fairshare for the following prior to issuance of building permit for <br /> hn ase 1 (Parish Hall) <br /> a. Cost of signalizing Valpico Road at Corral Hollow Road. The fairshare amounts to $86,169. <br /> b. Cost of lane addition at Valpico Road and Corral Hollow Road. The fairshare amounts to $172,339. <br /> 11. The aimlicant/develover shall pay their fairshare for the following,prior to issuance of building permit for <br /> phase 2 (church) <br /> a. Cost of signalizing Schulte Road at Corral Hollow Road. The fairshare amounts to $94,637. <br /> b. Cost of signalizing Valpico Road at Tracy Boulevard. The fairshare amounts to $110.587. <br /> c. Cost of lane addition at Valpico Road and Tracy Boulevard. The fairshare amounts to$73,725. <br /> 12. The applicant/developer shall pay their fairshare for the following,prior to issuance of building permit for <br /> phase 2 (school) <br /> a. Cost of si ang lizing Schulte Road at Lammers Road. The fairshare amounts to $146,286. <br /> b. Cost of lane addition at Schulte Road and Lammers Road. The fairshare amounts to $97,524. <br /> C. Cost of signalizing Valpico Road at Lammers Road. The fairshare amounts to$47.933. <br /> d. Cost of lane addition at Valpico Road and Lammers Road. The fairshare amounts to $63,911. <br /> 12. As required by City of Tracy,the anplicant/develoner and the City shall execute an agreement for service <br /> connections and annexation with the City prior to the County's issuance of a building permit. <br /> 13. As required by City of Tracy,the applicant/developer shall connect, in accordance with said agreement,to <br /> the City water line for fire flow prior to the County's issuance of a building permit. The applicant shall pav <br /> the standard charge for connection and meter to the City and shall build said line in accordance with Citv <br /> standards. <br /> 14.
