Valpico Road, Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). <br /> The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite wastewater treatment systems <br /> standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. The fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. <br /> Note: Environmental Health Department received soil suitability/nitrate loading study (Service <br /> Request SR0049582) dated January 25, 2007 that have been approved. <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of staff, parishioners, and students the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area <br /> will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> Note: Environmental Health Department received soil suitability/nitrate loading study (Service <br /> Request SR0049582) dated January 25, 2007 that have been approved. Soil suitability/nitrate <br /> loading study include revised site plans for the maximum number of staff, parishioners and <br /> students along with 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> C.
