APPROVED USE: This application is for a Cemetery to be built in two phases over 10 years. <br /> Phase One, with building permits to be issued within 18 months, to include a 2,736 square foot <br /> maintenance building and temporary office. Phase Two, with building permits to be issued within <br /> 10 years, to include a 1,375 square foot permanent office and administrative building and a 1,200 <br /> square foot committal shelter, as shown on the site plan dated December 12, 2011. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete to provide a durable, <br /> dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to protect adjacent <br /> structures or properties.
