Property Address: 12932 South Van Allen Road, Escalon, CA 95320. <br /> APN: 205-22-08 <br /> SUBJECT: Soil Suitability Study <br /> APPLICATION NUMBER: MS-95-40 <br /> [11 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This Soil Suitability Study presents the results of our investigation concerning the soil strata <br /> under the subject property. The orientation of Parcel A and the Designated Remainder is <br /> referenced on the attached Tentative Parcel Map. This study was performed to determine if this <br /> entire site is acceptable for septic systems that will function properly and pose no adverse <br /> environmental impact to surface waters or to the underlying groundwater. This report is in <br /> compliance with the requirements of Planning Title Section 9-10100 Item (c) of the San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance Codes. As stipulated by the Environmental Health Department, the Designated <br /> Remainder portion of the property was not percolation tested. This will be discussed in Section 3 <br /> of this report. <br /> [21 SUBJECT SITE AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> The subject property is located northwest of the City of Escalon in a predominately agricultural <br /> �- region. The surrounding structures consist of very low density single family housing and related <br /> agricultural buildings such as barns.
