e) Where a portion of the facility or building hereafter constructed or moved into or within the <br /> jurisdiction is more than 400 feet (122 m) from a hydrant on a fire apparatus access road, as <br /> measured by an approved route around the exterior of the facility or building, on-site fire hydrants <br /> and mains shall be provided where required by the fire code official. <br /> f) The applicant shall pay applicable Fire Department Development Fees for all new buildings prior <br /> to issuance of permits. <br /> g) An approved water supply for fire protection, either temporary or permanent, shall be made <br /> available prior to commencing construction beyond the foundation stage, or as soon as <br /> combustible material arrives on the site. CFC 3312.1 <br /> h) Approved vehicle access for firefighting shall be provided to all construction or demolition sites. <br /> Vehicle access shall be p-iovided to within 100 feet (30 480 mm) of temporary or permanent fire <br /> department connections. Vehicle access shall be provided by either temporary or permanent <br /> roads, capable of suppolting vehicle loading under all weather conditions. Vehicle access shall <br /> be maintained until permanent fire apparatus access roads are available. CFC 3310.1 <br /> i) The Fire Department Fire Access Roads shall meet the requirements established by the San <br /> Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> j) Where access to or within a structure or an area is restricted because of secured openings or <br /> where immediate access is necessary for life-saving or fire-fighting purposes, a key box is <br /> required to be installed in an approved location. The key box shall be of an approved type and <br /> shall contain keys to gain necessary access as required by the fire code official. Cr'C 506.1 <br /> k) Other fire & life safety requirements may be required at time of building plan review. <br /> 4) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Naseem Ahmed, [209]468-3436) <br /> a) Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 5) MOUNTAIN HOUSE COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT (Staff Contact: Anthony Docto, [209] 831- <br /> 5666) <br /> a) All new frontage improvements, traffic signage, striping, curb markings/painting, and pavement <br /> markings shall be constructed as per MHCSD current standards. <br /> b) A 25' painted red curb shall be done by the applicant along both sides of all proposed driveways. <br /> c) Applicant shall be responsible for repair and/or improvements for any facilities damaged by <br /> Applicant and/or its construction parties, its operations, to meet MHCSD current standards. <br /> d) All catch basins within the development site shall include MHCSD approved filters/inserts or an <br /> alternative onsite solution that meets MI-ICSID requirements for treatment and include an MHCSD <br /> approved long-term maintenance plan. <br /> e) The Applicant shall be the responsible, in perpetuity, for the ongoing costs to upkeep, maintain, <br /> and ensure functionality of said approved catch basin filters/inserts as approved by the MHCSD. <br /> f) All catch basins adjacent to and within the development area shall include a filter/insert per the <br /> MHCSD storm water management plan, <br /> PA-1 800201 (IP) Conditions of Approval 7 <br />
