j. A written notification of work schedules and an Improvement Plan shall be provided to the <br /> County by the applicant prior to any grading or excavation. The Improvement Plan shall <br /> reflect all of the adopted Conditions of Approval. One copy of the Improvement Pian shall <br /> be submitted to the Development Services Division for distribution to the involved County <br /> departments. A plan check fee will be required. (Development Title Section 9-1410.3{j}) <br /> k. At the completion of the grading, the applicant shall have a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed land surveyor compare the excavation's final elevations with the approved permit. <br /> The engineer or surveyor shall submit a certified, written finding to the Development <br /> Services Division which states and documents the compliance or non-compliance of the <br /> excavation with all of the conditions of the approved permit. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1410.3{k)) <br /> 1. Excavated material shall be stockpiled on the site and may not be removed from the site <br /> until acceptance of the Certification of Compliance by the Director. Excavated material <br /> shall be stockpiled and set back at least 25 feet from any property line or road right-of- <br /> way. (Development Title Sections 9-1410.3{g} and {m}) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. No excavation or stockpile shall be allowed within 25 feet of the future right-of-way line <br /> of Alice Road and Veritas Road. (Development Title Section 9-1410.2(m)) <br /> b. The approach for the access road to Alice Road shall be improved in accordance with <br /> the requirements of San Joaquin County Standard R-17 prior to start of excavation. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> C. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.2) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. No excavation is permitted into the groundwater table without speck approval from the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, Water Code, Chapter 4, <br /> Article 3, Section 13240. <br /> b. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any water course nor in any <br /> way contribute to the pollution thereof. (California Water Code, Section 13376) <br /> C. Approved sanitary facilities must be provided for all employees. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1100.1) <br /> 4. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: (See attached letter from SSJID dated 12-8-93.) <br /> 5.
