ALSO PROPOSING CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL <br /> CONCRETE SLAB FOR OLIVE STORAGE TANKS, LOCATED AT THE END <br /> OF VIA NICOLO ROAD, 3,000-FEET WEST OF HANSEN ROAD. (DISTRICT <br /> 5). <br /> APPLICANT: MUSCO OLIVE PRODUCTS, INC. APN: 209-110-32 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for additional trip-ends for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The <br /> fee currently is $104.16. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this site was <br /> in operation on or after April 23, 1990. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 2. A copy of the Final Site Pian shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 3. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this <br /> development has addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for <br /> Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 4. The applicant shall obtain a water course encroachment permit from the San Joaquin <br /> County Department of Public Works. <br />
