The report indicates that an independent operator will <br /> annually produce a minimum of 30, 000 tons of green waste for a <br /> minimum of 5 years on a ten acre portion of the project site. The <br /> E <br /> waste will include leaves, clippings, cuttings, and trimmings of <br /> grass, weeds, shrubbery, bushes, or trees. In addition the waste <br /> will include residential or community garden wastes and untreated <br /> wood wastes. The product is to be stored in piles 5 to 10 feet <br /> high. Temperature and humidity will be controlled and the piles <br /> will be turned to maintain aerobic conditions. <br /> The Agricultural Waste use type may be conditionally permitted in <br /> I,I <br /> the AG zone with an approved Site Approval Application which is <br /> subject to CEQA review. The applicant has not submitted a Site <br /> Approval Application.
