SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-00-82 OF STEVE <br /> CM GIKAS (CIO KJELDSEN, SINNNOCK& NEUDECK,INC.). <br /> A Site Approval application to convert an existing farm produce stand to <br /> a small agricultural store. Located on the northeast corner of Murphy <br /> F Road and State Route 120 Highway, east of Manteca (APN: 203-220-44; <br /> 16569 E. Highway 120,Ripon) <br /> Chandler Martin, Senior Planner; Kermit Darrow, Building Division; Ben Neely, Department of <br /> Public Works, and Jackie Winters of Gico Valley Farms, were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Martin introduced the project. <br /> Mr. Martin reviewed the Development Committee memo with the applicant. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicant that the floor plan, which was submitted with the application, <br /> shows areas for the sale of sundries over the maximum permitted. Ms. Winters indicated on the <br /> plan the areas that would be for sundries,which she believes to be among the limits permitted. <br /> Mr. Martin asked the applicant to resubmit a revised Site Plan along with the Improvement Plans <br /> showing that the sale of sundries is limited to 150 sq. ft.. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicant that a new Business License will be required because of the <br /> change from a produce stand to a small agriculture store. <br />
