Mr. Martin indicated that <br /> if there is any new lighting that is installed it will need to be hooded and to confine direct rays to <br /> the premises. <br /> Mr. Martin asked the applicant that upon submittal of the Improvement Plans to have the <br /> engineer indicate the existing paved areas. <br /> Mr. Darrow indicated that the restroom must be handicap accessible. <br /> Mr. Yoakum reviewed the Environmental Health Division's requirements. Mr. Yoakum also <br /> informed the applicant that there is an abandoned well that needs to be destroyed. Mr. Borges <br /> stated that Environmental Health's records show a permit of the existing well but does not show <br /> a permit that shows it was destroyed. <br /> Mr. Neely reviewed the Department of Public Works requirements. Mr. Martin said that he has been trying to get in contact with the Department of Fish and <br /> Game and that they have not responded to the application as of yet. <br /> Mr. Martin indicated that before the applicant starts grading for the pond, he will need to have a <br /> biologist on-site checking for kit fox dens, and burrowing owl nests. The biologist will go over a <br /> plan with the construction crew that is acceptable to Fish and Wildlife and Fish and Game. <br /> Mr. Martin said that he is still waiting for specific conditions from Fish and Wildlife and Fish <br /> and Game, and hoping that they are compatible with the Initial Study. <br />
