R j <br /> U <br /> f. The applicant shall make application to the Environmental Health Division to operate a public water <br /> system,as required under the California Safe Drinking Water Act. <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial,and technical capability to ensure the <br /> J delivery of pure,wholesome,and potable drinking water, in accordance with Development Title <br />{ Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9,CCR, Title 22, and Health and Safety Code Sections 116525 <br /> iii through 116570. <br /> 1 <br /> g. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sandloil separator and discharged to an <br /> aboveground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A registered engineer must <br /> design this system. The material collected in the aboveground holding system must be analyzed <br /> for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. A$156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> h. If hazardous material is stored on the site, the applicant must register with the County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> i. If hazardous waste is generated, the applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> Conditions of Approval -4- UP-99-16 <br />
