UP-99-16 OF MUSCO OLIVE PRODUCTS i <br /> (CIO FOODPRO INTERNATIONAL) <br /> i <br /> This project the expansion of an existing,,olive processing facility. Existing facilities include <br /> 146,400 square feet of warehouse, a 43;200 square foot processing building, approximately 5 <br /> acres of tank farm, and approximately 12 acres of ponds. Proposed facilities include a <br /> 117,600 square foot warehouse, an 8,500 square foot office building, and additional parking. <br /> The site is located on the south side of Via Nicolo Road, 3,000 feet west of Hansen Road, West of <br /> Tracy (directly south of the Safeway Distribution Center). <br /> The Department of Public Works has indicated that this project may have a significant impact on <br /> traffic. The traffic impacts and mitigation measures shall be identified and an amended Initial Study <br /> must be prepared. The amended Initial Study will need to be posted for public review a minimum of <br /> 20 days before the Planning Commission This item will be scheduled for Planning Commission <br /> after.the traffic study is reviewed and approved by the Department of Public Works. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and offers the following <br /> comments: <br /> Use Permit Application No. was approved by the Planning Commission on . The effective <br /> date of approval is .
