'(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Musco Olive Products APN: 209-110-32 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Via Nicolo Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 60 feet. <br /> Via Nicolo Road is not classified as a Surface Transportation Assistance Act (STAR) route. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $686 per 1,000 gross <br /> square foot of building as manufacturing generated in the Tracy area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News`Record.) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025,,,R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 2. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 3. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)-that this development <br /> has addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. <br />
