A traffic study will be required, prior to public hearing, to determine the impacts and <br /> mitigations at the following locations: <br /> 1. Entrance to the project site. <br /> 2. Mountain House Parkway and Schulte Road intersection. <br /> 3. Hansen Road and Schulte Road intersection. <br /> 4. Patterson Pass Road, between Via Nicolo Road and Schulte Road. <br /> 5. Schulte Road, between Mountain House Parkway and Hansen Road. <br /> The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as estimated by the <br /> Department of Public Works, Public Facilities Division, prior to Department of Public Works <br /> preparing or contracting for the required study. The traffic study shall be completed prior to <br /> the Planning Commission meeting. The developer shall comply with the requirements of the <br /> traffic study. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.4) <br /> 5.
