PA-0800079 OF HUGO AMEZQUITA <br /> (APN: 229-220-29) (ADDRESS: 16417 S VICTORY RD, OAKDALE, CA 95320). <br /> This project is a Site Approval application for a Private Right of Way in an antiquated <br /> subdivision for Lot 11 of Thalheim Colony Tract. The parcel has a General Plan designation of <br /> AIL (Limited Agriculture) and a zone classification of AL-10 (Limited Agriculture,.10-acre <br /> minimum). <br /> The project is located on the south side of Thalheim Colony Tract Road, 1400 feet east of Henry <br /> Road, northeast of Escalon. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this application and has the following <br /> comments: <br /> Access <br /> Access to the parcel along Thalheim Colony Tract Road may be proposed from either Henry <br /> Road or Victory Road; however, the applicant has requested to access the parcel from Henry <br /> Road. The submitted Site Plan does not show that the requested access is from Henry Road. <br /> A revised Site Plan must be submitted that clearly demonstrates access to the parcel will be <br /> from Henry Road along Thalheim Colony Tract Road. <br /> Provided any outstanding issues can be resolved, the Community Development Department <br /> intends to approve Site Approval No. PA-0800079 subject to the following conditions: <br /> Site Approval Application No. PA-0800079 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 <br /> months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and <br /> (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishrnent of the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br />� t <br />
