Access is approved on <br /> Thalheim Colony Tract Road, from Henry Road as shown on the Plan dated March 10, <br /> 2008. <br /> c) CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE The following California Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> j Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> l construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a <br /> building permit: <br /> x <br /> 1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with the California Fire Code and <br /> the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> 2) Address shall be on Thalheim Colony Tract Road.
