The locations of the nearest site to the subject property is <br /> shown and listed in Appendix A and in Plates 5 and 6. The nearest identified site included: <br /> Business Name Address Distance Direction Map# <br /> Valley Plating 1236 North Filbert 1/8-1/4 mi ENE i C12 <br /> Based on available regulatory agency information, it does not appear that currently and/or in the past that this <br /> site poses an environmental threat or liability to the subject property based on distance. <br /> 4.2.8 Emissions Inventory Data (EMI) <br /> The Emissions Inventory Data (EMI) database contains properties where contamination has not been confirmed <br /> and which were determined as not requiring direct DTSC Site Mitigation Program action or oversight. <br /> Accordingly,these sites have been referred to another state or local regulatory agency. <br /> Eight sites were identified within a one-half mile radius of the subject property on the Emissions Inventory Data <br /> (EMI) database list. One site is located within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. The locations of <br /> the nearest site to the subject property is shown and listed in Appendix A and in Plates 5 and 6. The <br /> annual volume of manifests is typically 700,000 - 1,000,000 annually, representing approximately 350,000 - <br /> 500,000 shipments. Data are from the manifests submitted without correction, and therefore many contain some <br /> invalid values for data elements such as generator ID, TSD ID,waste category, and disposal method. <br /> Twenty-nine sites were identified within a one-half mile radius of the subject property on the Facility and Manifest <br /> Data (HAZNET) database list. Three sites are located within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. <br /> The location of the nearest sites to the subject property is shown and listed in Appendix A and in Plates 5 and 11 <br /> 6. The nearest identified sites included: <br /> Business Name Address Distance Direction Map# <br /> Phyllis McMahan 2322 East Willow Street 0-1/8 mi NNW 1 <br /> Karl Needham Enterprises 1234 East Filbert Street 1/8-1/4 mi ENE C9 <br /> Warnock Machine&Tools 1240 East Filbert Street 1/8-1/4 mi ENE C10 <br /> Based on available regulatory agency information, it does not appear that currently and/or in the past that these <br /> sites pose an environmental threat and/or liability to the subject property based on distance. /[ <br /> _ 4.3 LOCAL REGULATORY REVIEW <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department Uniform Program Consolidated Agency(CUPA)files <br /> were searched by GPI for additional records of leaking USTs and other hazardous releases within a one-quarter <br /> mile radius of the subject property. No additional files pertaining to hazardous releases within one-quarter mile of <br /> the subject property were located at this agency. <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner Office was contacted in regard to filed herbicides and/or <br /> pesticides application permits for the subject and adjacent properties. The San Joaquin County Agricultural <br /> ` Commissioner Office only maintains the application permits for a period of five years under property owner <br /> names. Since the subject property has been vacant for seven years, no application for the subject property <br /> would be on file. Search of adjacent properties was not performed due not knowing the adjacent property legal <br /> owners. <br />
