There is no other historical documentation suggesting that petroleum products have
been delivered and/or stored at the subject property.
There are no available records to indicate that heating fuel has been delivered to the subject property.
Combustible fuel has previously been and is currently supplied to the subject and adjacent properties from /3.2-
underground natural gas lines maintained by Pacific Gas& Electric. l
_
5.3 Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB)
Electrical service to the subject and adjacent properties is delivered in underground utility corridors along East
Vine Street. Over-head electric transmission lines are located along eastern and northern property boundaries.
The nearest pole-mounted transformers were observed to the north of the subject property and adjacent to the
northwestern property comer. According to a PG&E spokesperson, all existing electrical transformers
maintained by the company in the San Joaquin County are designated as PCB-free.
There is no visual or documented evidence of industrial processes, elevators or electrical equipment at the
subject property that are associated with PCB storage or disposal.
