Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required (Ordinance Code Section 9- <br /> 10002). <br /> b, Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. A letter <br /> from the water supplier will be required stating that they have the capacity to <br /> serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to <br /> recording the final map. <br /> C. On both parcels open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> d. Until Parcel 2 is connected to public sewers, the illegal discharge of the <br /> washing machine water on top of the ground must be stopped. Connect to <br /> existing septic tank or remove washing machine from premise. <br /> e.
