CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-91-52 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> h. The frontage improvements for Wagner Avenue shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> a 50-foot right-of-way urban street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement, prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. (A $250 . 00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of <br /> Parcels #1 and #2 , and an estimate. The estimate and legal <br /> descriptions shall b prepared by a Registered Civil ENgineer <br /> with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval. As an option the Department of <br /> Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an <br /> additional fee of $100 . 00) . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> 3 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a.
