In accordance with the
San Joaquin County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report
(SSCR) is being submitted for application with the tentative map. This report will investigate the
property for visual or historical environmental contamination based on field observation and
testimony from the owners.
Project Description
The project consists of one parcel located at 716 S. Wagner Avenue, Stockton. The project is in
a residential area. It is zoned R-L. The site has one home. A review of the San Joaquin County
Environmental Health's contaminated site last did not yield any contamination concerns.
The Colombini family has owned the property since 1954. This property and all surrounding
properties have had consistent uses in the time the Colombini's have owned the property.
Consistant uses include residential development according to Jeff Colombini as interviewed
by Joe Murphy of Dillon & Murphy.
A review of County Records for the past four years (see Apendix) yielded no chemical use on
the property. The property has not been farmed by the present owners. It has been residential
since at least 1954.
Field Investigation
The following information was obtained during a field investigation of the site as well as
interviewing the property owners.
