According to the land owner, there are no known pesticide containers buried on the property. A
visual inspection did not produce any evidence of buried containers. The field investigation also
did not yield any unusual (noxious)odors. There are no environmental changes to the subject (Y)
parcel, since the prior submittal of the previous report.
Conclusion and Recommendation
Based on visual observation, County records, and testimony of the property owners, there
appears to be no surface contamination. Given the scope of this study, the probability of
subsurface contamination should be considered low and normal to this region.
According to the property owners, they have not farmed the property. A new home will
potentially be allowed on the new parcel.
Limitations
Dillon&Murphy does not assume responsibility for the discovery and elimination of
environmental hazards which may be discovered. Recommendations suggested in no way assure
the elimination of any possible environmental concerns.
The extent of this report cannot guarantee surface or subsurface conditions do not exist. The
possibility for contaminants always exist.
QPOFESS/o
QF9oMURP Fy
DILLON&MURPHY
 A
. s2n
sTI V 1L a Murphy
9lF OF CAF02
.C.E. 45,277
Cd03109Surface and Subsurface Report
