Provisions shall <br /> be made for removal of the temporary turnaround upon demand by the County, including security to ensure <br /> its removal. Adjacent property owners shall be given notice of the temporary nature of the turnaround and <br /> the provisions for removal in the future. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 8. All utilities shall be underground except power transmission facilities of a 35 KV or greater. Public utility <br /> easements shall be provided along the road frontage of the subdivision and as required by the public utility <br /> companies. (Development Title Section 9-1155.2) <br /> 9. Dedication to result in a 30-foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Walker Lane to the property line <br /> along Lots 1 through 6 shall be required on the Final Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5[b]) <br /> 10. The existing and realigned Walker Lane shall be improved on the subdivided side to County Standards for <br /> one-half of a 60 feet wide right-of-way local collector street. Additionally, the realigned portion of Walker <br /> Lane south of Lot 6 shall be improved on to County Standards for a partial width 60 feet wide right-of-way <br /> local collector street. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2[d]) <br /> 11. The existing portion of Walker Lane south of San Remo Street shall be abandoned upon acceptance of the <br /> realigned improvements for the realigned portion of Walker Lane and shall be noticed by a statement on the <br /> Final Map. <br /> 12. The abandoned portion of Walker Lane shall have all necessary utilities relocated to the realigned Walker <br /> Lane and the area east of the realigned Walker Lane shall be merged to the existing parcel prior to approval <br /> of the Final Map. <br /> 13. San Remo Street, Meadowood Drive, Ligure Court and Rapallo Street shall be dedicated on the Final Map <br /> and improved to County Standards for 50-foot right-of-local residential streets. Street names shall be <br /> approved by the Community Development Department prior to approval of the Improvement Plan or Final <br /> Map. (Development Title Sections 9-857.4, 9-1150.2[d][3] and 9-1150.5[b]) <br /> 14. Dedication to result in a 42-foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Main Street to the property line <br /> shall be required on the Final Map and improved on the subdivided side to County Standards for an 84-foot <br /> right-of-way minor arterial street. Sidewalk width shall be extended to the right-of-way line. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5[b]) <br /> 15. This subdivision is approved for recording as a single unit; phasing is not approved. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> 16. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide <br /> adequate drainage for the subdivision.
