The aba'lodoned portion of Walker Lane shall have all necessary utilities relocated to the <br /> realigned Walker Lane, and the area east of the realigned Walker Lane shall be merged <br /> to the existing parcel prior to approval of the Final Map. 4 <br /> m. San Remo Street, Meadowood Drive, Ligure Court, and Rapallo Street shall be dedicated <br /> on the Final Map and improved to County Standards for 50-foot-wide right-of-way local <br /> residential streets. Street names shall be approved by the Community Development <br /> Department prior to approval of the,Improvement.Plan or Final Map. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system <br /> constructed in conformance with the requirements of Environmental Health and Public <br /> Works, unitary sewer service shall be provided by the City of Stockton- (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1150.11) <br /> s- Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and the frontage of Walker Lane, Main <br /> Street, Rapallo Street, and Sam Remo Street, and at the intersection of Walker Lane and <br /> Sam Remo Street, Walker Lane and Meadowood Drive, San Remo Street and Rapallo <br /> Street, F�apallo Street and Meadowood Drive, and at Ligure Court.: (Development Title <br /> Section'9-1150.11) r. <br /> F <br /> t. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay user fees for the utilityrservices from the time <br /> improvements are accepted by the County until the lots are placed on the County tax <br /> rolls, or up to an 18-month period,.as the case maybe. Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted for Lots 29 and 30 along the frontage of <br /> Main Street and for Lots 30, 31, 32, 33, and 34 along the frontage of Walker Lane on the <br /> Final Map.
