w. This development is subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). An application requesting the reapportionment of the unpaid portion of the assessment, along wi�h pay of the reapportionment fee, shall be provided prior to approval of the Final Map. x. The property shall transfer to zone within CSA 41 prior to approval of the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of street lighting facilities. A new assessment for the zone shall be based on the cost for maintenance, operation, system iEnprovements, and any replacement program of facilities within CSA 41. The applicant or the subsequent owner of the property will be responsible to ensure that there is capacityn the system at the time of issuance of a building permit. z.
