Walker a Main Property Page 8
Our Project Number: E07021A
March 15, 2007
The oil staining around the well on the southeast portion of the property should be cleaned
up.
If the property owner or the EHD are concerned about the potential for elevated levels of
_ metals in the surface soils at the southeast portion of the property as a result of metal debris
storage at that location, soil samples may be collected and analyzed.
The concrete and debris located at the northern end of the subject property should be
disposed appropriately.
Any wells or septic systems identified which will not remain in use should be abandoned under
EHD oversight. Any additional infrastructure or buried debris that may be encountered during
site grading or development should be removed and disposed of in accordance with all
applicable regulations.
As the site is developed, any stained soil or sources of contamination identified should be
characterized and properly disposed in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
NEIL O .
