3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (Staff Contact: Greg Oliveira, 468-0341): <br /> a. SEPTIC SYSTEM: Sanitation Permit No.78-1082 shows a single leach line running south <br /> to north across the proposed gravel driveway area. The existing leach field shall be <br /> relocated under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. HAZARDOUS MATERIAL: If hazardous material is stored on the site,the applicant must <br /> register with the County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> C. HAZARDOUS WASTE: If hazardous waste is generated, the applicant must obtain an <br /> EPA identification number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> d. FLOOR DRAINS: If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil <br /> separator and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material <br /> collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous <br /> constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of <br /> submittal. <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY UNIFIED AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: (Staff Contact: David <br /> J. Stagnero, 545-7000): <br /> a. The project shall be subject to the provisions of the District's Regulation VIII (Fugitive Dust <br /> Prohibitions). <br /> b. The project may be subject to the provisions of the District's Rule 8060 (Paved and <br /> Unpaved Roads) and Rule 8070 (Parking, Shipping, Receiving, Transfer, Fueling, and <br /> Service Areas). <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - SA-95-6 <br />
