Washington Street APN: 159-150-13 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies , which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management <br /> Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps <br /> are available for review at the Department of Public Warks, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Washington Street has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 84 feet.
