h. A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting ultimate right-of-way widths, <br /> shall be installed across the frontages of Filbert Avenue and Waterloo Road. The <br /> strip shall be continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. All areas not <br /> used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, or other permanent facilities shall be <br /> landscaped. Landscape details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1020 of the <br /> Development Title and be included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> I. A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be constructed along the <br /> north property line of the subject parcel. The height of the wall within the setback of <br /> Filbert Avenue shall be consistent with Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. All <br /> screening and landscaping details shall be included on the Improvement Plan and be <br /> installed prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the approved use. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.8{b}) <br /> j. A solid wooden fence six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be constructed along the <br /> east property line of the subject parcel. The height of the fence within the setback of <br /> Waterloo Road shall be consistent with Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. All <br /> fencing details shall be included on the Improvement Plan and be installed prior to <br /> issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the approved uses. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.8{b}) <br /> k. The approved structure may be constructed on the east property line, as shown on the <br /> approved Site Plan. <br /> I. Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid masonry walls on three sides and <br /> gated on the fourth side. Details shall be included on the Improvement Plan and be <br /> installed prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.8{e}) <br /> M. Parking lot lighting shall be installed according to the requirements of Section 9- <br /> 1015.5{g} of the Development Title. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays <br /> to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted, except onto <br /> public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorist. <br /> 2.
