FT. -2615 E.WATERLOO RD_(APN 119-210-0$!09)-PA-0400710(LA) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and <br /> offers the following comment in addition to our original comments dated April 22, 2004 <br /> (copy attached): <br /> 1. Upon further development of the adjusted parcels, the owner/developer should be <br /> aware thatrshould the San Joaquin County require this development be served by <br /> City of Stockton Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is <br /> consistent1�with the City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to <br /> apply for a City of Stockton Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to <br /> annex to the City of Stockton, or sign a deferred annexation agreement if the <br /> property is not deemed contiguous to the City, and pay the applicable fees. Further, <br /> the owner/developer shall be respo^sible fora!! costs involved in the extension of <br /> the sewer main to serve this development, as required, to meet City standards. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
