Upon further development of the adjusted parcels, the owner/developer should be <br /> aware thatrshould the San Joaquin County require this development be served by <br /> City of Stockton Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is <br /> consistent1�with the City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to <br /> apply for a City of Stockton Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to <br /> annex to the City of Stockton, or sign a deferred annexation agreement if the <br /> property is not deemed contiguous to the City, and pay the applicable fees.
