WATERLOO ROAD (APN 119-210-09) (PA-0400152 (SA] <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> 1. Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton <br /> Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the <br /> City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton <br /> Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton,or sign <br /> a deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to the City, <br /> and pay the applicable fees. <br /> 2. The proposed driveway on Waterloo Road shall be a commercial type 38 driveway, not <br /> to exceed 30' in width. Further, the existing driveway on Waterloo Road shall be <br /> abandoned and replaced with curb, gutter, and sidewalk per City standards. Any future. <br /> request for a gated entry shall be subject to standard City requirements, including <br /> setbacks as well as an appropriate vehicle turn-around area. <br /> 3.
