BUILDING #1,#2,AND#4(EXISTING)TO BE USED FOR ANY PERMITTED.USE IN THE C- G ZONE. BUILDING #3 TO BE USED FOR PERSONAL STORAGE ONLY. 2605 E. WATERLOO ROAD (APN 119-210-09) (PA-0400152 (SA] The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers the following comments: 1. Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton,or sign a deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to the City, and pay the applicable fees. 2. The proposed driveway on Waterloo Road shall be a commercial type 38 driveway, not to exceed 30' in width. Further, the existing driveway on Waterloo Road shall be abandoned and replaced with curb, gutter, and sidewalk per City standards. Any future. request for a gated entry shall be subject to standard City requirements, including setbacks as well as an appropriate vehicle turn-around area. 3.
