Connection to a public sewer system is required. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2(b)) <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation at the existing home <br /> and businesses at the time of development under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> C. Connect to an approved public water supply system as required by Development Title <br /> Section 9-1120.2. Prior to recording the Parcel Map, a letter from the water supplier will <br /> be required which states that they have the capacity to serve the development and that <br /> the system meets State standards. (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> d. Destroy any abandoned wells under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of developmerrt. (Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> e. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code Section 52400. <br /> f. Demolish all dilapidated structures and remove all demolition materials from the premises <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section <br /> 5-2401. <br /> 4. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents,officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack,set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> -12- <br />
